My husband rides his bicyle recreationally whenever the temperature stays above 45 degrees, but has had trouble with cold feet. The soles of his bike shoes are thin and even wool socks have not helped much. He slipped these insoles into the shoes and came home 4 hours later smiling. His face had gotten cold, but the feet had stayed toasty warm.

These shoe inserts are very comfortable, but they did not help with extra warmth at all.

I needed a very thin cold barrier in my sorels. This is perfect. I put it in the bottom of the boot and then put the wool liners back in. They are soooo much warmer when I'm out standing on snow all day.

We live in North Dakota and it gets pretty cold. I bought these for my Grandson who is a electrician and works in unheated conditions. He said that it helps some but his feet are still cold.

With below zero temps, lots of ice and snow these are the only items we have found to keep my wife's feet warm. Thanks!

I tried these in my Salomon cross country ski boots and I still got cold feet. They didn't fit along with the insoles that came with my boots so I had to use them by themselves. they might work better in a Sorel type snow boot.

I bought this for a Christmas present for my 87 year old neighbor who walks 3 times a day shovels her own drive way and she only complained that her feet were cold well not any more!
