Works great but handle too short for me
I have been housecleaning professionally for 18 years now. In the past few months I have developed a repetitive strain injury called "washerwomans wrist" that comes from making a wringing motion. it hurts terribly and I was afraid it would keep me from doing my job. Most of the wringing I was doing was wringing cotton string mops, which do a good job but work best if you get them as dry as possible. I decided it was worth it to try this mop, since the bucket does the wringing for you. It works great, I can get the mop much dryer than I ever could get a string mop, and the mop water gets much dirtier for each house than it ever got before- I have to conclude that is because it is picking up a lot more dirt.
A couple of things to consider- the drying action comes mostly from pressing the mop disc down firmly in the basket that fits it tightly- the spinning is not effective without pressing down firmly. I have not figured out how to get the mop head off without prying it gently off with a screwdriver, so now I have to take a screwdriver to work with me, but I love the thought that each time I use the mop head it is clean and fresh. Another problem for me is that I am tallish, and the handle is not very long so I have to hunch over slightly as I mop - I had this problem with some string mops, too, but some brands have a longer handle. I would love to get another middle section of handle to screw on to make the handle longer, but it's not worth it to me to buy another whole mop-and-bucket just for one section of handle. Time will tell if this mop stands up to the rigors of being used every day (and I'll be back to remove stars if it doesn't!) but for now it is a big help, does a very good job of cleaning, and my wrist feels better now that I am wringing less.

Not what I expected
Thought there were separate compartments for the clean water and dirty water. And although there's a second mop head included and an order form for more, there are no instructions on how to remove it. I'm pretty handy but I can't figure it out. I'm afraid to apply pressure because I am sure I will break something -as another reviewer has already reported - and there's no release mechanism. The spin part is great, but that's about it.

I once had a Hurricane Mop and thought I went to cleaning heaven, but that lasted only a couple of months, and stopped working. I like the process of it's working parts so I took a chance on another 'like a mop' of the Hurricane. I've had this mop now for a couple of weeks, time will tell, but so far the working parts are smoother than the Hurricane, received two mop heads, which is great and I look forward to a better life span than the crazy 'Hurricane Mop'......................

This was NOT what I was looking for in a mop
Wow, I did not really want this mop, as I was looking for another kind of mop which I have had in the past but which I am not finding anywhere, so I decided to try this combo - mop and bucket!
We got it yesterday and I immediately put it together and put water in the bucket. There is a little trick to wringing it out, but once I got that figured out was I ever amazed! We have engineered HARDWOOD floors and the installer told me NO WATER. The dry mop and spray is such a hassle, that I just had to try this. It works SO GOOD when you get that mop nearly dry from your wringing technique that we were pleased. The floor dries in less than 2 minutes. The house is large, with the entire living area in hardwood and it takes a short time now to clean the floor after dusting the floor. There are virtually no rugs to deal with. Thanks for all the reviews that convinced me to try this one!

Worked great on ceramic tile and hardwood floor
Used my cyclonic spin mop on my bathroom and kitchen ceramic tile and living room hardwood today. Worked great! The spin ringer rung out the water such that there was no need to dry the hardwood after mopping. I am glad I took the chance and ordered this product. I'm ordering a second for my daughter.

I found this product to work as advertised.
I loved what a good job the mop did in cleaning the floor. You just
moved the mop up and down in water then used the spinner and
it was set to go again. I found it very easy to use. The pail is quite
tall and I had to fill it using my kitchen faucet sprayer or filling it
in the bathtub because it would not fit under faucet itself.
